MORE BULLET JOURNAL INFO:
Maybe you’ve heard all about how a bullet journal will help you live a more productive & balanced life?
Or how a bullet journal will help you become more organised and help with your mindfulness?
But when it comes to starting your own bullet journal you don’t know where to start, or you feel stuck, or overwhelmed.
Well, I’m here to help with some ideas of what you can do/track and the benefits of using one!
It’s easy to focus on designing a beautiful page and forget about what is going on around you.
But bullet journals are more than just an artist's outlet (You don’t have to be artistic at all). They give you a place to organise your life and mind!
If you feel like you are:
- Constantly overwhelmed
- Disorganised and stressed
- Too many bad habits and not enough good habits
- Life isn’t going the way you want it to
- Running in circles
- Always running late
Then you NEED a Bullet Journal!
I’m a lot more focused on my goals and have experienced more personal growth since I decided to start one and I will show you how you can be too!
So- What actually IS a bullet journal?
I’ve mentioned the words “bullet journal”– but what exactly IS a bullet journal?
Basically, a bullet journal (or BuJo) is a combination of a planner, a to-do list and a journal.
The bullet journal system, invented by Ryder Carroll, is a simple and effective way to keep track of everything important in your life. From to-do lists, appointments, and commitments to wish-lists, plans, goals, habits, routines and projects.
It’s a flexible, customisable system, that you can start using at any point during the year.
However, it can be so much more than that too! You can use your BuJo (the abbreviation for bullet journal) to keep track of:
- movies you want to watch
- bucket lists
- books you want to read
- money and spending habits
- bad habits you’re trying to break
- good habits you’re trying to form
- personal goals
- important memories (like funny things your child says)
- DIY projects you want to try
- day trip ideas
The list goes on. With 128 pages, you have enough space and no reason not to get started!
