Your personalised product is eligible for a full refund (including initial delivery charge) or replacement within 6 months of purchase if it is found to be faulty/damaged only. Please be aware that this excludes minor damage due to general wear and tear.
The FULL returns policy is as it follows:
- Up to 30 days from purchase you will be offered a refund or replacement product.
- From 30 days to 6 months, you will be offered a replacement product if one is available. If we can’t couple you up with an exact replacement, we’ll process a refund for you.
- After 6 months, unfortunately we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements.
