What is meal prepping?
Meal prepping is a planning method that simplifies cooking & bases it around YOUR schedule.
There are 3 ways you can do it:
- Batch Cooking- Make big recipes at once (on the weekends) and freeze for saving.
- Individual Portioned Meals- Put into containers ahead of time and grab & go
- Prepped Ingredients- Chopping, Peeling, Slicing or roasting beforehand and use those prepared components for recipes later on.
I have created this planner to help us meal plan effectively to help save money, save time and control portions.
