This pad is split in to sections to help you shop more efficiently. There are sections for Fruit and Veg, Fridge, Pantry/Cupboards, Bakery, Freezer, Drinks and Household Items with a section at the bottom to track your Budget and Actual spending amounts.

Writing out your list before you go shopping, helps you keep to your budget because you only get what you need. You will find you shop quicker and do not come away with little extras where you are browsing every product down the aisle. Keep it handy at home so that you write down anything during the week/month that you run out of so that you do not forget, list what you need for your meals, then tear off the sheet and go.
