These are products that we have ordered in limited quantities, and are due to be delivered to our warehouse. The pre-order or presale means you can purchase your diary and guarantee getting one! We always include the shipping date in the product title and description.
A. Pre-order closes on September 14th. After pre-order you won’t be able to purchase our 2027 Diaries until November, and only from the stock we have left. We can't guarantee every diary will still be available, so pre-ordering is the best way to secure the one you want.
We are hoping to start shipping all 2027 Dated Diaries in November this year. However, you may receive your order sooner. Please only use an address you're confident won't change during October/November! Consider a family member or friend if you're moving/on holiday during this period.
Yes, of course, lovely! Just note that your entire order will be sent after we receive delivery of the 2027 Dated Range (pre-order items). We recommend placing a separate order if you want to receive non-pre-order items sooner.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note, our system only allows parcels up to 5kg in weight. If you would like to order multiple products on pre-order, simply place your orders as normal and pay the shipping fees. Then email us with your order numbers and we will combine your parcels manually and adjust your shipping costs where possible.
Yes! As this is our only dated collection, stock is limited and will not be restocked. To make sure you don’t miss out, set your alarms and clear your schedules for pre-order night on 29th August 2026.
The diary pre-order will be available on our website only! All of the 2027 collection is launching at 7pm on 29th August 2026.
No - any free gifts advertised as part of our 2027 Dated Collection are reserved for those who pre-order their diary before or on September 14th - while stocks last.
All free gifts are extremely limited, and are not guaranteed, available on a first come first serve basis!
