Subscriptions are charged at purchase and renew on the 15th of each month. We'll aim to ship boxes the first week of the following month (likely between 5th - 20th).

The Pretty Perfect Planner Club is a monthly subscription born from our incredible community - a group of people who genuinely love stationery, planning and the calm that comes from putting pen to paper.
This Club is our way of giving that community something special to look forward to every month.
Each month, a pink box arrives on your doorstep filled with themed surprises; something to make you smile, slow you down and bring a moment of intention into your day.
Every box is thoughtfully curated with unreleased Pretty Perfect products and exclusive collectable pieces, all designed to support the season you’re in and add a touch of magic to your everyday planning.
Not yet - the PP Planner Club is currently UK-only.
Because the box contains exclusive, limited-run items, we need to make sure every delivery arrives safely and on time.
Overseas shipping often brings a higher risk of damage, delays or missing parcels, so we’re keeping the Club within the UK for now to protect the experience.
We do hope to offer international spots in the future.
Yes! All products in the PP Planner Club are member-only firsts. It’s all limited edition and exclusive, just for our members. You won't see the items available to purchase outside of the Planning Club subscription.
Payment is taken when you first subscribe and then automatically on the 15th of each month.
For example; if you join on the 3rd you’ll pay on the 3rd.
Then the following months payments will be taken on the 15th.
You’re okay lovely, your payment secures next month’s box - not the current month. You're paying ahead for what’s coming.
Your first box will always be the next month’s box. All PP Planner Club boxes will ship in the first week of every month (or before the 20th of the month).
No - while some exclusives may follow a similar theme, you won’t receive duplicate products especially not in the same month’s box.
Yes! Make sure to log into your account and update your subscription details before your next billing date so your box goes to the right place.
The PP Planner Club box is roughly A4-sized. It won’t fit through a letterbox. It’s roomier so we can be creative with the exclusive items. Please add delivery notes / a safe place if you won’t be home.
As PP Planner Club boxes are limited-run and member-only skipping isn’t available. If you need a break, you can cancel before your next renewal but your space may not be available again.
No but your plan is charged automatically. Contact us 10 working days before your renewal if you want to cancel; otherwise it’ll take effect the following cycle.
Yes - contact us 10 working days before your renewal. If you miss this window that month’s payment will still be taken and your cancellation will begin the following month. You’ll receive any paid box but rejoining isn’t guaranteed.
We’ll automatically try again a few times over the next few days. You’ll also get an email giving you a chance to update your card details. Once the payment succeeds your next box is secured.
Prepaid plans cover multiple months in advance.
Your first box still starts next month and then one box ships monthly until your prepaid period ends. When this time comes, your subscription will automatically renew on this plan unless you contact us!
Yes - you can change plans at the end of your current billing cycle, all you have to do is contact us at least 10 working days before your plans renewal date and we’ll change it for you.
We’re hoping to release new PP Planner Club spots each quarter with priority given to our PPP VIPs & existing customers.
