This pad is A4 size and is split out in to the days of the week so that you can plan what you are eating for the week ahead. Put it up on the fridge or notice board and no one has to ask what is for dinner!
On the right hand side there is a section where you can tick if you need to defrost, slow cook, whether it is already prepped or you are cooking fresh.
You can use to prep for the weeks ahead if you are bulk cooking, just add the date. This is great to use in conjunction with your shopping list pads as it can all be prepared ahead of time.
